Praying for Restoration

Restoration begins with receiving God’s forgiveness and allowing that forgiveness to change the way we forgive others. In Luke 7, the woman who encounters Jesus understands the depth of her need for grace, and her gratitude overflows into love and worship. Jesus reminds us that we all have a debt we could never pay, whether our sin looks like unrighteousness or self-righteousness. As we receive His forgiveness, we’re called to release bitterness, soften our hearts, and take steps toward reconciliation and restoration. It may be a slow process, but through the Holy Spirit, God gives us the strength to forgive, move forward, and experience the freedom that comes from letting go.
