It's Political
Nov 4, 2018 • Matt Santen
In a season of deep political division, this message challenges us to prioritize our unity in Christ above our opinions about candidates or issues. Drawing from 1 Peter 2, we’re reminded that God calls us to honor everyone, fear Him first, and love one another unconditionally—even when we disagree. Rather than letting politics divide the church, we’re encouraged to stay rooted in the kingdom of God, not the kingdom of man. Practical wisdom is shared for navigating elections with thoughtfulness: do your own research, prioritize issues that matter to you, vote, and above all—pray. Because in the end, our deepest hope isn’t found in any election result, but in the sovereignty of a God who never changes.
