Our whole mission is helping people take their next step with God - and serving is one of the clearest next steps you can take. It grows your own faith, but it doesn't stop with you: when you contribute your gifts, you create the space for someone else to take their next step too. That's the assignment. The mission only moves forward when each of us shows up with what we've been given.

Nursery (Birth-2 Years)

A safe, nurturing space where our youngest RidgeKids play, explore, and connect with caring adults - giving parents the confidence to attend or serve.

Deployment: 1-2 Sundays/month · 9:45 or 11:15

Preschool (Ages 2-5)

Serve in teams of two, creating a fun environment where kids discover God's love through Bible stories, worship, play, and crafts. All lessons and materials are prepared for you.

Deployment: 1-2 Sundays/month · 9:45 or 11:15

RidgeKids - Elementary

Use prepared curriculum to guide discussions, activities, and crafts that help kids apply God's Word - building relationships and encouraging their faith each week.

Deployment: 2 Sundays/month · 9:45 or 11:15

Wonder Buddy (Special Needs)

Serve alongside a child who benefits from extra support during RidgeKids (Birth-5th). A supportive, non-teaching role; training is provided and each buddy is thoughtfully matched.

Deployment: 1-2 Sundays/month · 11:15

RidgeKids Security Team

Be the first friendly face for families - verify security tags, monitor the entrance, and help keep the RidgeKids area safe and secure during service.

Deployment: 1-2 Sundays/month · 9:45 & 11:15

KidZone (Ages 4-5th Grade)

A fun, safe place for kids to build relationships, play games, and enjoy snacks during the 11:15 service while their parents serve. Games and snacks provided.

Deployment: 1-2 Sundays/month · 11:15

MSM Leader (Middle School)

Serve middle schoolers, helping them grow in faith through games and discussion in a supportive community where they can explore and deepen their understanding.

Deployment: 2 Sundays/month · 9:45 or 11:15

HSM Leader (High School)

Walk alongside high schoolers in small-group community - scripture, prayer, and real relationships - being present in their everyday lives as they grow in their walk with God.

Deployment: Weekly as available

Greeting Team

Welcome everyone with a smile, hand out bulletins and communion, and help create a warm transition into the worship experience.

Deployment: 2 Sundays/month · 9:45 or 11:15

Welcome Team

First point of contact for new visitors - offer first-time gifts and guide their kids to classes. A friendly demeanor and a little tech-savviness go a long way.

Deployment: 2 Sundays/month · 9:45 or 11:15

Coffee Team

Offer hospitality that makes people feel at home by preparing coffee, juice, and hot water. No prior experience needed.

Deployment: 1 Sunday/month · 9:45 or 11:15

Parking Team

Help manage the lot, make sure visitors find a spot, and greet them warmly the moment they arrive.

Deployment: 2 Sundays/month · 9:45 or 11:15

Worship AVL

Use audio, visual, and lighting skills to create an engaging worship environment. For those passionate about tech and worship; training provided.

Deployment: 2 Sundays/month · both services

Office Volunteers

Support church administration with a variety of behind-the-scenes tasks. Flexible, and a great fit for those with administrative skills.

Deployment: As needed · Tue-Fri · 2-3 hrs
