Whom Shall I Fear?
Aug 2, 2026 • Ryan Deaderick
The story of Elisha and the unseen army in 2 Kings 6 reminds us that faith allows us to see beyond what fear tells us is true. While the servant saw only an overwhelming enemy, God revealed that His presence and protection had been there all along. This message challenges us to ask God to open our eyes to His work, to surround ourselves with people whose faith strengthens our own, and to respond to others with the same grace and mercy we've received. Even when circumstances are difficult or God's plan doesn't look the way we expect, we can trust that He is present, powerful, and at work. Faith doesn't deny reality—it gives us confidence that God's reality is greater than our fears.
