Easter 2026
On Easter, the resurrection of Jesus is presented as the answer to what every person is searching for—peace, hope, and true life. Using the story of the prodigal son in Luke 15, the message shows how both the rebellious son who runs from God and the resentful son who tries to earn God’s favor are ultimately lost, but in different ways. The turning point comes with the father, who runs to welcome his returning son with compassion and restores him fully—not as a servant, but as a loved child. In the same way, because of the resurrection, God offers immediate restoration, relationship, and new life to anyone who turns to Him. Whether someone has wandered far or simply feels stuck in empty religious routine, the invitation is the same: come back to the Father and experience the peace, hope, and life that only Jesus makes possible.
